What is covered by Update V2.8.2?
This release allows EPAS to import the 2007 Key Stage 3 Dataset
This release includes the following new report
1. VA34TMTL - KS3 to KS4 Two Levels of Progress
2. VA23TMTL - KS2 to KS3 Two Levels of Progress
This release includes the following fixes
1. Historical Trends failing on A*A grade
2. Int Bacc Grades not covered by EPAS
3. Historical Trends problem with 363 / GCSE Double Award
4. G3 Export Fields reversed
5. GG1, GCG1 & GCG2 ignoring discounted GCSE English & Maths
6. About EPAS / Applied Updates fails if EPAS installed from 2.8.1
7. Updating Candidates fails when adding Grade
8. SFR502 - All Pupils & Boys figures swapped around in export
9. Spurious Characters in VA reports ie "Year Group:'"

Requirements
This update must only be applied if EPAS has been successfully upgraded to
version 2.8.1.
The following versions of Microsoft Access are covered: 97, 2000, 2002 / XP, 2003 and 2007
The following versions of Microsoft Windows are covered: 95, 98, 2000,
ME, NT4 and XP

Installation
This update only needs to be run once per EPAS Database.
1. If the database is standalone then run the update once on the standalone PC.
2. If the database is shared then run the update once on one of the client PCs
- All other Client PCs will be updated automatically at log in.
Download the following file
EPAS V2.8.2 Update
If your IT Department does not allow .exe file downloads then download
the following file
EPAS V2.8.2 Update (non-exe)
and rename update_2_8_2.xex as update_2_8_2.exe
1) Save the file to a temporary folder
2) Close EPAS
3) In Windows Explorer navigate to the temporary folder
4) Double click on update_2_8_2.exe
5) When the update is finished start EPAS
6) On the login screen Version 2.8.2 will be displayed in the bottom right hand corner
7) After login EPAS will automatically apply Update 20070046
8) The update will take approximately 30 mins
9) There is no need to recalculate any values
10) The 2007 Key Stage 3 Data can now be imported
